My choice? Deekin from Neverwinter Nights. There's something oddly cute about a Kobold Bard. I'd like to see him on his own adventures one day. :)

Preferably one where he dies at the end.

I would, however, like to see a game with Silent Hill's Pyramid Head as the main character.

It's going to sound wierd to me, but the first person that comes to mind, if I could choose who would have their own video game, would be Freya Crescent from FFIX. That and Tactics are the only FFs I've played, though I'm familiar with most of the other games, but she's by far the coolest character I've seen in any of the games so far.

... That would actually be really interesting - there's quite a lot of backstory to be explored, and Freya's a good character. None of that "all girls in an RPG must wear chainmail bikinis or long white dresses, and must be white mages."

I'd love to play it - and I'd love to play a game with Amarant as a main character. The ass-kicking would be epic.

Asagi from Nippon Ichi's Makai Kingdom, Disgaea 2 & Soul Nomad and the World Eaters.

Particulary as each time she appears as "The Hero from a Future Game" but has yet to actually have a game where she did more then cameo as a little extra.

Makai Wars was delayed for a long time, but the last word anybody heard about the game was that Nippon Ichi had picked up development on the game again. I'm assuming that their more well known franchises take priority at this point, and without an official statement from the company, it's hard to say for sure whether the game will come out of limbo or not. The fact that the character keeps showing up, though, kind of suggests they haven't given up on it, yet.

And then other people can play as mario and try to beat me.
