What are the tags to be used for url linking, and image posting in the authors notes? Its probably been put her before or its in front of my nose but can someone help me...arrrrgggghhhh.

It's the same as in these very forums, BBCode as they call it.
For displaying images, type this:
Now there are two different ways for URLs, they are:
1)(Without the spaces)
or
2) cool site, man. (Without the spaces)
