Attempted rape/molestation? There was no nudity and the 'feelings' of the victim are questionable, but is it M or T rating?

It's kind of hard to tell without seeing it. I guess it would depend on how "far" the attempt goes. If it's actually threatening and scary then I'd be more likely to say it's M. If it's less dramatic then probably T. :]
