You do very good work, so once you have more pages (however long it takes), you should get more readers.
That's, if you stick around. Leaving for 3 years then coming back to start fresh basically kills your readership, lemme tell ya.
Thanks! I guess it WILL take some time, since I update every two weeks. So unless I speed up, it'll take 2 years to get to page 50 lol! But I still prefer quality over quantity. Either way, I really like my comic so I'll stick to it. And I'm not going anywhere, either :) DD is fun!
I guess a comic strip, updated three times a week or so, would help in getting "noticed". I have a bunch of ideas for that - but before I start with that, I'll have to figure out a fast way to do the artwork that would still look good. And a bunch of scripts, since I don't want to run out of ideas after 3 strips.

I am not sure how the ranking works. It never actually computes in my opinion... O.o
Anyway, I got #268 in Comic Book/Story #379 Overall this week, but usually I am on the margin between low 100s and top 200s, and sometimes without ANY reason at all, I go to higher ranks.
Except when I was featured. I was #12 for a week and a half lol!
Oh, and I got 113 favourites :)

I woke up this morning looked at it and spat out my tea.... And then I thought "holy crap! I'm beating pinky TA!" I have no idea how I'm doing this..... guess updating every day helps? *shrugs*
(I'm a fan of pinky TA and I'm quite horrified that I've managed to beat it... I mean duuude! that comic is way better than mine. what is wrong with the world?)

I went and downloaded that DD alerter, and found out that 44 people have set Superchum as a fave. I was aghast. You guys rock. I know it has to be mostly you folks hanging around the forums faving me (I know this because that's where I do any and all plugging of my work, as I've yet to figure out how to even reach out in other ways). Thank you so much. I was all happy that like one or two people read my work. Now I'm just giddy.
