What is the difference between Moderators, Admins, and I think there might be one more, and also how do you become an Admin, or Moderator?

A moderator watches over a certain Forum, and can dlete posts, edit them, or even sigs in that Forum. (Myxo, I shouldn't know that. D:)
Admins can do that as well, but in any Forum. Also, they can make Newsposts. And edit profiles.
How to become one:
- Be around for a while.
- Contribute.
- Be helpful.
- Have a trustworty relationship with the Admins.
