I think my comic should be features because it is the best comic ever.

the one in my assist area thing isn't mine so that doesn't count. Just in case somebody misinterpreted that.

MY personal opinion is that a COMIC SHOULD BE judged on its merits and FEATURED only if IT spotlights what IS BEST about Drunk Duck.
I hope that will put a stop to any shameless attempts at self promotion by people who think saying FEATURE MY COMIC, READ MY COMIC, READ IT NOW is big or clever.

I get what you're saying. I mean, I'm not going to be so cheap as to say "everyone read Living With Insanity". I mean Living With Insanity isn't the best comic available on the internet, I know that. I also know many people enjoy it and they've said it's hilarious.

Also, I like that comic as well. And I would love to see Harkovast in the featured list.

Hehe, I believe neither of my comics are feature-worthy of yet. I'm still finding comics to inspire me so I can make each of mine what they truly need to be.

I heartily second Eve's Apple - a great mix of humor and drama with some fantastic black & white art.

I also highly recommend Ruby . Compelling storyline with lots of mysteries and colorful characters ^.~ Plus the art is lovely!

I agree also down the line I think Mangaijin and Faust should be featured.

I'll never get featured, I lynch skoolmunkee on the mafia game and she is the type to hold a grudge!

Love/Curse is another one they ought to feature, someone get onto that!

i think it'd be cool if TERROR OF THE UNDEAD got featured. dont think it has been. maby it doesnt update enoguh either, but that's a kick ass comic man.

Real Cane Sugar only has 19 pages. Anatta only has 17, etc. So, some aren't quite feature-able yet (not promising anything btw)

Faust has been, so has Terror of the Undead. I think at least one of the others mentioned has been too.

2 comics that should be watched are Hungry Ghosts and The Carriers .
Great start so far and will eventually ger featured on their own merit when they have enough pages, but defintely should be checked out.

Danke Midge, you still keeping an eye on Wyrden btw...we changed art style significantly!

skool: you might want to alter your 'feature' link post then, because at the moment the bare minimum is 10 and then it lists 15 pages as being an acceptable number. That's why I suggested RCS.

Well, it's better than Superhero knock-offs, or Yuri/Yaoi. Considering most of Smackjeeves consists of Yuri/Yaoi.

I think skoolmunkee and the others have done an excellent job in keeping the features interesting and varied. Sometimes we see a number of similar ones in a row, but she and the other admins switch things up frequently in genres, art styles, length, etc. I know skool has mentioned being particularly aware of and putting in a lot of effort to keep variety in the features.

(As I recall there were two weeks of gay/lesbian features that other forum members whined about...)
