Many comics have been featured over the years of Drunk Duck's history. Many comics still have yet to be featured. Of the thousands of comics on drunk duck, which of those that haven't been featured yet should be?
Most of the comics I want to be featured have already been featured. So I'll just go ahead and say one of my comics, WWE The Comic because there aren't many photo comics on the front page of DD. Also, Pokemon Sinnoh Surfer because it's time a Pokemon comic got featured.

Both of those comics have copyrighted material so neither can be featured :P
But I'll contribute anyway

It seems like all of the best comics from back when I first joined either don't update enough for a feature, or have stopped all together.....
But lately all of the good ones I've picked up have been getting featured.....
In any case, this seems a bit much like the "unnoticed DD talent" (or whatever it's called) thread....don't you think?
And they can't feature your pokemon comic, because that would bring up copyrighting issues with Nintendo....and it would be sad if DD closed....

I actually brought up the Lego thing.
It was a bit of a gray area and was considered to be more along the lines of a "open domain" thing.
Everything about WWE is restricted. The characters, likeness, etc.
Had it been a Lego comic about WWE, Bleach, whatever I assume it wouldn't have been featured.
Kinda like using play doe or whatever. The material to make that comic was irrelevant.
I believe I could call my comic Manga Studio and PhotoShop's Devon Legacy and it still be featured. (provided it meets quality guidelines, etc)

Almost all the comics I follow got featured shortly after I started reading them -- with the exception of a couple that haven't updated regularly. (You know who you are!)
So, I have good taste. XD
Others are probably the comics in this thread that have yet to be featured.
And, Walrus, did you just start this thread to pimp your comics? That's pretty bad form -- but nice try anyway. Not that it isn't an interesting conversation, but I really think the "Unnoticed Comics " thread is similar (as Soma said), and no one is doing the self promotion stuff there.

Oh yeah, now that Used Books is in full color it should be a shoe in for feature as well. Like your B&W work Vickie but your color stuff always just looks fantastic and you know it!!!
BTW, I finally made it to your comic in my alphabetical catch up spree. You update a lot so I'll need a good hour to devote XD
I didn't mention the Unnoticed Comics thread similarity just because some comics that haven't been featured are not unnoticed. And I'm just too nice to call him out on his self plugging =p :-(

Yeah, it does suspiciously like an attention grab, but oh well. Technically, while it's similar, the unnoticed comics thread doesn't say 'This should be featured' it says 'everyone check this out'. It's a way for comic who don't fit the standards but are still good to be recognised.

Okay, I'll bite.
Here's a few (all over 40 p.):
DIS
http://www.drunkduck.com/DIS/
Pretty sure this one hasn't been featured, but I might be wrong.
Eve's Apple

Nicola and Belmondo
http://www.drunkduck.com/nicola_and_belmondo/
Gee, can't tell I favor the black and white stuff or anything, right? ;)

I didn't mention the Unnoticed Comics thread similarity just because some comics that haven't been featured are not unnoticed.
That's true. But also other comics would be more suited for that thread as they are not "featurable" but might be worth some attention and reading. (Like the ones with copyright material or ones that don't update enough or have concluded or are "adult." And those that were already featured but sadly continue to go unnoticed. :( )
Oh, and Keith, we aren't going to get into that discussion again ;) , but thank you for the compliment. I consider you a remarkable colorist, so it means quite a lot that you would say that.

But for my real contribution to the topic at hand, let me go through my favorites list:
These are the comics I follow that haven't been featured, but as they are my favorites, I think they should be! (Though a number of them need to update more!)
Anatta
Angelfish
Due East
George the Dragon
Salt The Holly
The Devon Legacy
The Faction
The Mighty Warlord
Wakon Yosai
For good measure, these are my favorites that HAVE been featured, but check them out if you missed them.
Better Luck Next Time
A Bit Cheesy
Cricket's Creature
Deadfingers
Off Hours (and check out the collaborators; most were featured!)
Raw Fish
Shades
The Temple of a Thousand Tears
Wolf

Man, whenever one of these threads comes up I always feel like I need to defend myself for featuring or not featuring a comic. :] I know that's not what was intended though (lame self promoting aside)... remember that anyone can pass on a comic to me they think needs checking out. :] I won't usually get to it right away but once it's on my 'favorites' (probably features) list it doesn't get taken off unless they stop updating for a month or something.
I will say that almost all of those have been on my 'radar' at some point... some of them still are. But some of them are new so thanks for those!
Sadly there are some otherwise-excellent comics that I end up passing over because the English has too many mistakes, page histories reveal frequent hiatuses, too much of the archive is normally not feature-worthy, etc. It has been a tough decision in some cases.
For reference, this is the 'comics deserving notice' thread that's been brought up a few times. As usedbooks pointed out though, that thread has a slightly different purpose than this one, so I think it's fine to have both. :]

Don't make me shamelessly self promote!!! But it's true, most of my regular readers have been featured. Come to think of it, most of the ones I follow that haven't been featured are by the authors that don't comment on mine regularly.
However, I have a rational explanation that is completely unrelated to me. The commenting authors are more visible in the community, therefore it's easier for an admin to find them and decide whether to feature. -- Also, many of the people don't comment because they themselves are very busy, which means their own comics don't update often or have frequent hiatuses. I know that has played a big part in the unfeatureability of a number of my favorites. Seems that some of the best artists are very busy people. We forgive them for crazy update schedules and hiatuses because their comics are awesome.

You don't need to defend yourself, skool. If people are curious, they can read that thread about features. Honestly, I think of them as admin personal favorites, and I think it's presumptuous to say "Hey! Feature this! Why didn't you feature this?" You let people PQ you suggestions, so maybe you don't think the same way. But you're just cool like that.

My good friend Metal Breakdown deserves one.
He puts quite a lot of effort into his comic. Even if it did have to make a change from color to black and white, I think he's one of the people that actually care, and work on their comic.
And doesn't spend about 10 minutes on one page.

Anyone who came on here and just said FEATURE MY COMIC would be pretty low down.
For example, if I was to just go FEATURE HARKOVAST, it would be a shallow and obvious attempt to make people READ MY COMIC.
I personally will never lower myself to the level of telling people YOU MUST READ HARKOVAST AND THEN FEATURE IT!
MY personal opinion is that a COMIC SHOULD BE judged on its merits and FEATURED only if IT spotlights what IS BEST about Drunk Duck.
I hope that will put a stop to any shameless attempts at self promotion by people who think saying FEATURE MY COMIC, READ MY COMIC, READ IT NOW is big or clever.
(The power of subliminal advertising)
In other news, Bear vs Zombies is cool, someone ought to feature that.
