There are two main types of this art. Fat Art and Inflation Art.
Fat Art being overweight, usually obese, and usually female.
Inflation Art is the inflation of a character, usually female too, with anything from air to food to just about anything around (including furniture and people).
IA is a fetish art and FA is mostly fetish are too.
Sorry, I like to research fetishes, they are so interesting.

Being a "large" woman myself, I can't draw a large heroine type simply because if I made her realistic, she would have trouble being heroic. Her knees and back would hurt constantly and she'd get winded climbing stairs. :-/ Include the fat people, but don't make them run. Fat people don't like to run.
