Does your webcomic have a catchy tagline? What is it?
Dasien actually has a few. The standard one is "Superhero Girly Goodness", but sometimes I use "Action-Packed Action". Actually, someone else came up with the latter, and I asked to use it. I don't even remember who it was anymore.

I actually think taglines are fairly important in webcomics. I've been known to click a link just because the banner had a witty tagline.
As for my own tagline I call Delightfully Evil "The greatest thing you've never heard of." Because I'm apparently that egotistical and no one's heard of it, haha.
How about the rest of you?

I have a couple depending on where I am in the story. The usual are these three:
Fate's a bitch.
Bttzak, baby.
Because it hurts so good.
For longer things I use ones that actually preview the comic and aren't so snarky:
Life is harsh. Death is a mockery. Revenge is ETERNAL.
In a world where hate is stronger than love and fear is your only weapon, fate may be your only hope.
I've always had a problem with taglines. My story's too damn long to summarize. It becomes increasingly difficult when I have to type them up for other things and they need to be so many words. Bah. ^_^

Those are all cool. Honestly, I never even considered taglines before. (I'm new to this whole thing.) Now, I'm going to be trying to come up with a few...

Lets see, for the longest time Shifters was:
" Three friends, two worlds, one extraordinary destiny."
I haven't really come up for one for Redux yet.
I kinda followed the same theme with Brymstone:
" Two Pasts, Two minds, one body, one soul."
I've also used: "What if you were REALLY evil, but got a second chance at life?"
For a quick description to people when asked whats its about, I tell them "Evil Sorceror goes through spiritual rehab." Most people laugh and then check it out.

Vampire Phantasm currently doesn't have one...but since Nosferatu was called "A Symphony of Horror" I've been considering:
"Vampire Phantasm - A Symphony of Terror"...or perhaps "A Tale of Terror".
XD Too silly?
Not exactly a great QUOTE of a tagline.^^;
Though I also use quotes from the comic occasionally.

I'm considering the following tagline for Deus:
"He gave the world life. She gave the world love. Their children gave it suffering."

I've got a few for 'magick?'.
"Witch you were here"
"Witches and demons and puberty, oh my."
"Now with 20% more flying monkey!"

I can never really think of anything to put as a tagline, so I just don't have one, lol. Maybe it's something I'll have to put a little more thought into.

Hmm... I never considered it a tagline, but for Wolf, I have 'Another kind of Wolf' (since it's a different spin on lycanthropy) and for In Session I have 'Students, Teachers and Other Animals', which is pretty much to the point, too lol!

After some brainstorming and consulting my brother for which taglines sucked and which were better, I came up with one for Used Books: "Second hand troubles."
(Alas, all others I considered sucked. So sayeth my brother, and he is usually right.)

I'm terrible at coming up with tag-lines... (case in point, read my banner.) also I don't think they're very necessary. If a banner has a terrible tag line, or one that just offends my senses personally, I won't click on it. But if the art looks promising, and the title's intriguing, that's all I need to click on it. I can't think of any occasion when a tagline actually made me *want* to read a comic.

I've considered having taglines for my comic. But they usually came out sounding lame.
The line on the banner below is the best I've come up with.

No Parking's tag line is: Wild Fun With Wild Life!
I think my wife came up with it and I never use except for my old banner(which I keep meaning to update and change).

Thanks. I ran it past my brother as a filter. He filters out all the crap in my mind.
I actually came up with three alternatives today. (I didn't run them by Dave, but I think they are okay.)
~Not the same old story
~There are no happy endings.
~Happy endings become sad beginnings.

I'm not terribly skilled at being witty only sarcastic, but here are some of my silly attempts
The Brotherhood: Real life doesn't make this much sense
*Where boys will be boys, girls will be boys, and other boys will be girly boys.
*Superpowers don't make superheroes
*Like fine wine, disgustingly satisfying.
*Not something you'd take home to mother
those last three I just made up, please don't kick me! X3 *flees*

Ours for HTBR is "History, prepare to be boarded!", which is also the title of our first issue.
I'm also doing that other comic "Space Waffles ".
We now have a podcast called The Random Pirate Comics Show!

I can never decide on the perfect tagline. The 'classic' tagline which I used in chapter one, and is on the Drunkduck page for the comic is:
"Shoujo just got SERIOUS."
Though technically the first tagline was, "Retro fantasy action" as seen on the very first cover. It was a bit...er...boring.
The current tagline on my banner is really just a temporary thing. I honestly can't think of any good way to sum up what my comic is about in one sentance.
The hyper-comix joke nickname for FanDanGo is probably my favourite:
"Feminazi Galore."

I actually used to use, 'Whose side are you on?' for OA.
*cough*
From now on I think I'll just pull a really badass line from the script. If I even feel like using one at all.
And if I ever finish a script...

Barely dead does, though it's only featured on something of a background for your computer. It's There are those of us who are dead, and those of us who are just beginning.
And I suppose (told to me by a fan)
"Fate wants me to be alone..."
Said by Ashana in the first fight with him an evory.
Other than that I got nothin
