Webcomics Weekly is a great one. It's done by the creators of PvP, Starslip, Evil Inc and a couple others. There must be about 50 of them by now and they're all pretty interesting. They're more about the creating end of webcomics (art and design decision making, business opportunities, etc) and not about reviewing or webcomics news.

Yup webcomics weekly is a great one. Also if you go to their site, http://webcomics.com you can see a video on how one of them creates their comic Sheldon. It's a really good vid.
