Have you ever had a dream about your comic?
I totally had one last night. I was in the Modern Day Witchdoctor world (which is pretty trippy, because it's artistically a little wonky) and I was at a museum with Nurse Elise, and I was trying to explain to her how "solid water" worked. (Solid water was a technological advancement that I had dreamt up weeks earlier where they changed the molecular structure of water so that it was naturally a solid instead of a liquid. By doing this they could code all kinds of information on it, they were using them to replace CD's. The complex part was that they also made them into things like mints because when they were reintroduced to liquid water their molecular structure readapted to it's liquid form, I know, weird) but right in the middle of explaining this to her my DD alerter popped up saying someone had commented on MDW and when I went to check it I realized they commented on a comic that wasn't supposed to update for another two weeks, and I was all worried that I had interrupted my narrative flow, and then I was like, well I gotta work on a new comic to replace that one, because it has like three comments now, and thats alot for Modern Day Witchdoctor, so I can't just take it down like it never happened. And I was so rattled by this, while also being exhasperated at trying to explain what Solid Water was that I woke up, at like three in the morning and couldn't get back to sleep for another twenty minutes. I kept wanting to log in JUST to double check that I didn't accidentally update. And trying to figure out where I heard about solid water and whether or not I'd dremnt it up.
I think I can blame it on the fact that I was working on comics like, right before bed. Am I alone on this one?

I had a dream once that there were action figures. It was funny, because I was dreaming about watching kids play with toys, but when I got close enough, I was like, "Hey, that's a Dasien!" And I was really confused, because I didn't understand how there were Dasien action figures without my knowledge.
I was even shown one in the package, because suddenly I was at the toy store. (Don't you just love how dreams suddenly change setting, and you don't even question it?) It had the logo and cool box art that was apparently not drawn by me. It looked like Al Rio.

That's sort of the dream I had except mine was an ad for a video game. I thought "Cool!" and then "Wait... I didn't get any money for that..."
I also had characters show up in the background of dreams but not really play any role in the dream itself. I guess my mind is desperate for extras.
