Ok, I know what your thinking, "OMFG, MARIO COMIC. U SUX.". But actually, Mario doesn't even appear once in this comic. He got crushed by a giant koopa shell. Actually, half this comic is Megaman-related, the main characters are just mario characters. The story to this comic is a little complicated. Not Bob & George complicated, but there sometimes are over 3 stories happening at once. It's a little difficult to follow at times, but otherwise it's pretty smooth.

The backstory:
A monkey and a shyguy become friends and frolic along their one-background home. Months later, they're bored as heck, and one day Shyguy makes a bet that something happens, and something does. A robot fighter named Megaman comes along. For a while they hang out, until Ukeke falls into the abyss and Megaman explodes. Unknown to Shyguy, both have fallen into a different realm...

Meanwhile Mario is on a normal stroll, when suddenly as he was coming out of a pipe, a giant shell is dropped on him. And it was his last life. It may have been some sort of ROTMK thing in some other comic, but here, it took a completely different turn towards Luigi.

Dr. Wily was a madman who wanted to destroy the 8-bit world, but was continually thwarted by a mysterious robot. He finally created 6 robots that were armed with a virus that would infect the robot if he tried to fight them. Unable to do anything, the robot fled to the shadows...

...and then a blue robot appeared.
