The Xbox list is kind of sad. While they have a few solid titles in there, they also have several launch games (including one at number one which even IGN said was flawed in their review) and a lot of multiplatform titles. If they're going to rely on multiplatform titles, what about replacing some of the three football games they have listed there with games like Soul Caliber 2 or Xmen Legends and even the Dead or Alive series is better than Jade Empire.

The PS2 lineup is Ok. I wouldn't have made all the same choices they did, but at least they only have 6 multiplatform titles in their list as opposed to the Xbox's 13 (15 if you count PC titles). The gamecube list is also fairly decent. The PC list is fairly good, but they are lso drawing from morethan just the last "generation" on the PC. Still, it made me very happy to see X-COM on the top of their list.

The GBA list left a bit to be desired. While most of the game are pretty solid, I would have preferred seeing less Mario remakes and more solid original titles. Where are Astroboy and Gunstar Heroes? WTF is up with Ultimate Card Games and how did Harvest Moon end up so far down the list?

I love how half of them all are multi-platform games and how they seem to be playing up to what's popular rather than what's good.

Yeah I'm not too fond with the 3rd party games... but eh. It happens. I still *heart* IGN. They saved me from getting DMC2.

This won't load for me for some reason. Anyway I hope the Mario franchise is near the top, as well as Metal Gear Solid.

I dislike the fact that X-com is supposed to be the top PC game of all time, despite the disclaimer that being original of a genre or being a classic is not a contributing factor of a game placing on the list.

X-com is not that great. I couldn't care less what you Brits think about it. And I'm not biased because my current 2 fav PC games are both Brit games.

Splinter Cell is way bettter than two repetitive shooters, one with a horrible ending, that everyone seems to think are the greatest thing to happen to video games.

I'm suprised, the PS2 list really isn't that bad, good to see ICO there at the very least.

Though the RPGs they put in there were horrible...FF 10 in the top 10??? >__<

I picked up Halo 2 when I got my XBox 360 to see what all the fuss was about. I still don't see what all the fuss was about. It's a pretty average shooter with a plot I don't care about and isn't nearly as good as the N64 Perfect Dark.

MGS3 deserved a higher spot as did DQVIII.

... God of War is fine right where it is though.
