I'm lazy, so I normally have a ridiculously hairy face (siblings have nicknamed me Teen Wolf [en.wikipedia.org]).
I did however trim it a bit today for the first time in...

Trim it or shave it, being 'manly' doesn't mean you have to have unkempt scratch patch that would make carrot top cringe. Also it apparently makes 'it' look bigger for men.
Fully shaved is ultra sexy and clean on women unless they've got those goddamn roast beef wizard sleeves.

Literally speaking, it's not. It's pretty damn hot. Literally sweating. TMI yet? No? GREAT! Problem with shaving anything is you have to keep it up, and if you don't... well... imagine walking around with a "sack full of stubble" so to speak. That sucked.
