Title image issues!

I'm having serious problems getting my Title Image up and running I have it all done and purdy but alas it won't upload. Am I pressing the wrong buttons? Someone please help me, I feel really stupid.

what name of the file are you using, and have you clicked the send button correctly?

It's title.jpg is there some specail way to click on the send button...cause it won't let me click!
