This user cannot receive Tiki Mail... lolwut?

tried to just send some mail and i got that.

whats it mean? >____>

'Tiki mail' is what the PQs used to be called before Volte (the website creator) changed the name. It's the same messaging system he uses for his site mrtiki.com .

The person you're sending to can't receive them because of their age, it has to do with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998). If they signed up to DD and listed themselves as "under 13" then it restricts them from getting messages.

I always felt that it was slightly creepy even talking to him in the forums because he looks so young.

You can't not receive PQs...
If you want less PQs I could turn COPPA restriction back on for you. That's not ideal but you will get less messages :)

Apart from that, all we can do is turn off your ability to send PQs.
