I've posted this in the Help, How Do I...? section several times, but no one from Drunk Duck seems to bother looking at that section at all, ever, in their lifetimes, ever! My avatar on my profile won't change. I put on a new one, and it still keeps flipping back to my old one(the one before the one I tried putting up now, and the one before that. I'm also having the same problems trying to put new thumbnails for my comics. I read what most people on the Help, How Do I...? section said to do, but it still does not work. There are some serious bugs in your system, and you really should get them fixed ASAP.

Yes we do, but we get tired of answering people who make new threads about an issue that already has a million threads about it. In fact, it's on the big list of bugs, we've talked about it in other forums, and there's at least 5 threads about it on the first page of the Help forum. We've publicly said that it's #1 on the list of things to fix. It isn't our fault you don't look around to see if someone else has already asked the same question.

I say this because you have been around long enough to know bettter.

What we've also posted in many places is the fact that, while we realize people are frustrated (we are too) and we know it's a big site performance issue, there's absolutely nothing we can do about it. The only person who can fix it is Volte, and PS doesn't give him time any more to work on DD. Trust me, Volte knows about it, and he feels bad, but he just can't get to it right now. Unfortunately we are just all going to have to wait.
