I manage three at a time, and it's a dream.
I burn out really easily on stories. So when I do, I always have a fall back comic to work on until I burn out on that one. After that I jump back to the other comic. Then I have a completely random crap comic that I update when I burn out on both stories.
It really works well.
Scripts? Pssssh

Well I'm doing my own comic and managing Fusion. Fusion isn't all that hard, but it can be time-consuming. I do enjoy it.

Well, it's very easy for me. While TEO is a regularly scripted and drawn comic that I update (almost) every week, MCT3K is a hastily dashed-off parasite of a feature that I update irregularly. That's basically how I do it: I focus all the talent onto one of my two comics. (And then watch the other one get wayyy more popular.)

While I do 2 comics, Brymstone and Shifters:The beast Within, I don't find the writing too difficult. I find the drawing and finishing the time consuming part of the process.
I personally like the difference and breath of fresh air having a couple of different projects provides. However, people seem to like to pile me up with all sorts of crap aside from my own hobbies these days.

I've worked on two comics before. It can be quite tedious....
I AM planning to start a second comic along with VP eventually. I'm still trying to decide between a pure horror comic and a more light hearted fantasy. (Either way neither will be a long-running series and will only have a few chapters.) I'm leaning torwards horror right now, because I have no good ideas for the fantasy yet.

I've been the art monkey of more than one comic at the same time, but I've never tried writing and drawing two at the same time. Even doing the art for two was difficult, I don't want to know waht writing scripts would have done to the workload.
Then again, I was jsut in school at the time and didn't have a job, so I had plenty of time for comics.

Well, what does this rabbit killer do with four comics?
Well aside from one, which sticks to a schedule. The other three, are just there. I update it when I see something invovling the comic, which makes me want to draw a page for it. That or I just let my pen take me where it has to take me.

I find it fairly easy to manage more than one... but then I have a lot of time on my hands. A LOT of time.

Well im not working on two comics... one comic and one novel. The majority of my art work and all is put into my novel: Astria Legends while my comic on here Clandestine Dimension is my brath of fresh air. I use it to experiment with coloring styles, poses, effects and such that I can go back to my main one and incorporate them. Plus it is a comic comprised of my friends on dA and has a plotline that ive always wondered about ding. Astria Legends will be a comic once the first book is done. Neither one has a timeline (though i want to get this novel published by the year's end)
Come to a world where COLORS are the fabric of the universe and legends hold the magic of the ages...

I was actually working on two comics at once back when I first started Dog's Eye View... the other comic I was working on has long since vanished from the public eye, though. At the time, it was pretty easy for me to manage two at a time, because I had more time for working on them... at the moment, though, I'm actually quite eager to start work on a second comic, but it's enough work just keeping on top of DEV without having to worry about another :(

well i have 3 cartoons a part time job and i go to uni. I dont have much time which seems to mean that my free days are taken up by drawing or being on the computer. I really think its starting to piss my boyfriend off as i seem to have no time for him.

I've got 3 comics plus I'm writing another two. It can get confusing, but I just stop and think. I write the day's page out before I do it in Word then keep referencing it so I don't get my ideas crossed over or whatever

Doing two comics at the same time was purely accidental or perhaps purely fate, but the way I manage them is that one is ridiculously easy to draw and the other isn't. So I have a huge archive of one and do the other update by update. It wasn't always so, but it's working for now....
