Did you hear the news? The Siegal family reclaimed the rights to share Superman. The judge told them it is best that the Siegal family & DC comics share the rights to Superman. But that won't affect the DC universe. I say it is a battle for money. I panicked that they might take away the rights to Superman. I was wrong. Looks like they will have to share it without fighting over it. If you go to www.superherohype.com, you will find out what i mean. I hope this can surprise you all.
Legacyhero and i are doing a Kid Intense/Hero Force crosover which will be a blast. Also, we are teaming up for a Kid Intense movie. Tell me what you think of the crossover and the movie we are teaming up.

I'ts just a shame that poor Jack Kirby, the man whom, without, comics would be very different in todays world, didnt get squat and was ripped off by Marvel constantly, and, especially Stan Lee, whom was supposed to be his friend.
Jack, Ditko, and people like Steve Gerber, Marv Wolfman (who created Blade, but never saw a dime for it)......theres so many to name, who werent treated like the great creative thinktanks that they were..........but ESPECIALLY JACK!! ok......enough of my raving......my brain hurts......must get rest....must update again in 12...(hack....cough)...hours......

I think it's a travesty of justice.  The Siegel family are self-serving, money-hungry people who care nothing about the Superman character or what he stands for, and the judge who ruled in their favor should be bounced from the bench.  Superman is a global, pop-cultural icon.  He is bigger than DC, Warner Bros, and the Siegel family.  He belongs to all of us.  He belongs to the world.
The Siegel family has succeeded in doing what no comic villian has been able to accomplish - they have destroyed Superman.  "Unpaid royalties" is simply an excuse to milk a cash cow.  The Superman mythology has been effectively dissected, with some parts, such as his origin, costume, birth parents, etc, going to the Siegel family and other parts remaining with DC.
Siegel and Schuster sold Action Comics to DC and DC transformed Superman into what he is today, and as long has the creative rights are divided, he will never be whole again.  This is an utterly disgusting and reprehensible end to an extraordinary creation.  Superman deserves to remain in the form, appearance, and depiction in which we have collectively come to know him.
