I think you mean "use a wireless controller". Regardless, your comment is full of fail.

Unlike regular wireless controllers, the Nintendo Wii uses Bluetooth technology. Not only does it know where the controller is, but where the controller is in relation to the receiver.

The PS3 Sixaxis controller may be wireless and tilt sensitive, but it does not know the relation to the system nor if the controller is upside down or the like. The Nintendo Wii does.

In addition, the way the games are controlled with the Wii coupled with the types of games on the Wii broaden the market and attract the interests of people who are otherwise unlikely to play video games or even buy a video game console.
