just one question... do you know what that title actually means assuming it has any meaning?
I
I have a gun. It's really powerful. Especially against living things.

well there is not much to go from... I'm not to much a fan of ANIME and your style so far is generic (most are and it usually changes as the comic goes on so its not a big deal)... We haven't encountered a story line yet...
overall i think you should have waited till page 10 or so before you start plugging... its hard to get any fans at all when you have so little pages...
and i tried an online TRANSLATOR ... and it said the title means nothing... 0_o... but then again its a possibility either its spelled wrong... or its not a good TRANSLATOR.

It's 'tamashii no kishi' but otherwise, it's correct. A little on the clumsy sounding side, but it isn't wrong apart from missing an i for the long 'i', but it's still a viable spelling, since we don't write 'su doku' as 'suu doku' or Tokyo as 'Toukyou'.
Very clean colouring here. Nicely cel-shaded, it looks like you know what you're doing with the colour.
For advice, I'd say get rid of the music on the pages. It's irritating for anybody who's at work, in the library or already listening to their own music, and it makes pages load slowly.
The opening blurb is hard to read on the detailed background, next time, try putting the layer the text is on onto 'stroke' under the blending options and giving it a white border, or putting it on a less busy background.
There aren't enough pages to make any more concrete comments or criticisms about this, expect maybe that when you draw faces in front-on view, you're starting the narrowing towards the pointy chin a little too high up. Start it from the bottom of the ears and you'll get a nicer looking jawline on those front views.

Well, I can't say much for the story (for obvious reasons), and whatever I would have to say about the art has already been said, but I WILL say this:
I love the coloring. I think it's done very well.
I also think the art shows promise. Keep practicing, and it'll probably be a pleasure to look at.
