You can make them yourself using MS paint. You could also just take screenshots of a ROM emulation of an old 16 bit game, if you know how to play one on your PC...
Another way would be to search the internet for them. And you could also ask the authors of a few sprite comics if they could help you. There are plenty here at Drunk Duck.
