So what's the deal with that anyway?
Also, what's your opinion of the new 3.0 firmware on the PS3?

The glitter is gay and you can thankfully turn it off by swapping the theme settings to "classic". Other than that it's ok. I dont like how it just wont start on the game disk and how each media tab gives you the Playstation Store icon before anything else.
Good thing SONY spams that icon everywhere, else I would forget the Playstation Store even existed. Thanks SONY! Thony.

THAT is what I hate the most. It's like they think if I see it more I'll be more likely to spend money there. Nope, Sony.
It gets more and more irritating each time I use my PS3.

I just find it annoying that the Store icon takes precedence over the actual game disk. I know I'm really just bitching about having to click a button maybe three extra times, but its still stupid that if you have a disk in the system will just offer you a bunch of other crap before asking if you want to play your game.
I mean fuck me I thought this was a video game console, I guess I'm just retarded and have high expectations.

X-Box did this too. It used to be that if you had a game in the drive when you started up the game, it would run the game when you started it. Now it goes first to the main screen and you have to select the game to play it.
Those were my two cents.

Xbox's menus still work better in the sense that it doesnt force the marketplace down your throat as soon as you boot the system up.
Still hate waiting half a minute for it to sign into my XBL account, not sure what the fuck is up with that.

I like the fact it shows you the time... and the glitter ;____; I don't think I understand some of the new stuff like that TV icon. You can watch TV now... on your TV? I bet you have to go buy something first.
Also I like the way you can play the videos in slow motion and laugh at the people's voices xD
