A new spriter in town, eh? Ok, time for some critics, page by page so far.

Cover page - Nice composition, I like how you did the waterfall and the rainbow.
Page 2 - Two problems: 1 - The texts are bad placed on their boxes, they need to be more centralized (I couldn't read the L of 'looking' on Sonic speech). 2 - I can see some blue on Tails's... tails (?). Probably it is the background color of the sprite sheet. Remember to clean your sprites.
Page 3 - Same problem of texts bad placed.
Page 4 - I don't like the white border, but if you wanted there, that's ok.
Page 5 - So the green hedgehog of the first page is the author character... Use the author character wisely, and most important: recolors are BAAAD. It's just a green Sonic with a black thing on his head. Try to edit it a bit more so it won't look like Sonic. I'm sure there are a lot of tutorials on the net that can help you.
Page 6 - There is too much dead space on Amy's text box and the Queen's teeth are transparent, I can see the background color through it.
Page 7 - Bad recolor again.
