You may want to add a few very thin white strokes along the course of the hair, especially if there is a part in the middle. Since it's shiny hair, at the curb of the head at the sides, you should also have some shine. Hope it helps :)

The hair looks fine. The face, however, looks pretty messed up. The eyes are too high, the ear is FAR too high, and the mouth is too close to the chin. The face shape seems fine, so just moving around the features might work.

Oh my you are right. it's funny when I pencil/sketch it looks fine, but inking looks off. Thank you so much on your crit <3

Well that is kind of my style, but I will tone them down a bit.

The only thing that really strikes me as being off is the guys hand, it's just too big. Aside from that I think it looks fine.
