Attitude is a well done magazine about cartoonists. I got the first issue for Christmas, about political cartoonists. This one is about...you guessed it, webcomickers! It takes a look at some of the most 'subversive' webcartoonists. I can vouch for Attitude's quality. I'll probably pick up a copy myself.

That's really interesting! I wonder if they mention DD in there somewhere...
Sometimes the problem with magazines or information sources that try to explain the insane world of webcomicking to those who aren't so familiar with it tend to only go with the insanely popular ones like Penny Arcade or Megatokyo, and generalize from there. From what I've seen from other essays and bits on webcomickers, the people don't really do enough research, but I guess it would be hard with, ya know, the internet being a infinitely vast place.
And even after my rant I think I'm interested in getting it.
EDIT: Haha, maybe I should read things properly before I make acusations about them. Actually, this book doesn't seem to incorporate Penny Arcade or any such online comic. Most of those webcomickers I have never heard of before! I feel like a horrible person.

Partially Clips used to have a mirror site on Drunk Duck. And Boy on a Stick and Slither is published through Lulu, but that's all to the extent of my knowledge on them.
Oh yeah, and Disonaur comic is in there too.
And so is A Leason is Learned but the Damage is Irreversable.

Well, gentlemen, that's the beauty of the Interweb. If you haven't read any of these comics, you can simply go to their sites and familiarize yourselves with them.
I recommend checking out Cat And Girl first. It has a lot of... well... not black humor... more grey, really...
