Who would play your characters?

Physically, who looks like them? Who do you think could nail the part? Inquiring minds want to know. ^_^

I'll post my own once I've actually got ideas to post. ;)

Haha, well, the characters from my comic are all English, that really narrows down who could play a lot of them. Is Sean Bean were ten years younger, he would totally play Subo,Maybe Rupert Grint if he filled out a bit? I think that girl who plays Ginny in Harry Potter would make a good Rekki looks wise, so long as she could manage a more active and violent part. Maybe grab Gary Oldman as Beoran and Joanna Lumley as Lady Fucia Ellis. The other younger characters are much harder, I think Rocket, Juliet and especially Sarin would be hard to cast (Hi, we're looking for a good actress who's British Japanese and really tall...). Tamina Crux would maybe be Billy Piper, that'd be pretty cool. Rocket maybe played by whoever the little girl was who played the young Beatrix in 'Miss Potter'? Not so sure about that one. WALKING FORTRESS I have an idea who'd play her under the armour, but I'm not gonna say anything just to be really safe and secretive about spoilers.
...Oh, and the director would be either Joss Whedon or Brad Bird (yes, I know he normally works in animation, but he still rocks too much to pass up!)

I would have any movie made of characters made by me animated. I don't do that whole "live action" stuff.

Then I would get Mark Hamill to play a character, because c'mon man, he's the master at the whole animated voice over thing (Return of the Joker damn it!) Then maybe some of the people from the Avatar TV show could do some voices. Of course I'd be a character. I've always wanted to try out the whole voice acting thing.

And I'd get Adrea Ramano to be the voice director. Every great animated show over the past 10-15 years has had her as the voice director (Batman: The Animated Series, The New Batman Animated Series from 1997, Superman, Batman Beyond, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, Avatar: The Last Airbender...) Others may write the show, but she really knows how to make these characters convincing and bring out the actors latent talent.

Yeah, I know too much about the Animation industry.

Since I draw comics about myself, I would be the most logical choice...
but I think I would cast a gorgeous woman. Just for the experimental effect ;)

A lot of the characters people pick for SCD are getting too old. But since I probably couldn't do Juno (and no one could do her better than me dammit) I'd have Fairuza Bulk (The Craft, Water Boy). Charlize Theron always gets brought up for her but I just don't see it. Pike is pretty easy: Reese Witherspoon (Sweet Home Alabama). Shades? Jesus... I'd have to hand select that man and he'd have to be a nobody. For Sam, I honestly don't know. And for Miah, totally Adrian Grenier (Nate in the Devil Wears Prada).

For TI...I'd probably be played by Topher freakin' Grace or something. Bryan would be a younger version of Dylan Moran, perhaps...and Fiona would be, I dunno, Jenna Elfman.

Basically, people who can play hopeless neurotics. Fun.

Jhonen Vasquez as Johnny and I can't quite think of someone as Christian, maybe The Rock. They'd have to be no less than 5 car chases, 10 sex scenes gone wrong, and 20 scenes of drug experimentation. The whole movie will be peppered with music, movie and comic references, and inside jokes just to piss the audience off. The sound track would be me laughing maniacally while inhaling helium

I've gotten this question a lot over the years

Azuu - John Leguizamo. He's got a great acting range, and I think he can handle the light-hearted cockiness inherent in the character.

Elijah - Edward Norton. If you've seen Death to Smoochy, you've seen how he can play the eternal nice guy, but still show a clever, strong edge when needed.

Well a movie of my comic would be a cartoon so...

Mmm..this is a great thread. XD It really got me thinking.

In a cartoon, Johnny Yong Bosch would probably be Rhys and I would try playing Nidhea (cheap XD) cause I love voice acting. If not me, then probably Lauren Goodnight. Because she's awesome.

In a movie, I could see Nidhea maybe being played by Michelle Rodriguez. XD Though she might be getting a little too old now, and she's not really known for playing happy/upbeat type characters. And for Rhys? I don't know. Some unknown probably. XD
