I've no idea what this thing's name is but i scares the crap out of me. It has the body of a live bear and the head is of a long skull, I don't know what animal the skull is from. Does anyone know what the name of this thing is?

Sounds like a Pokemon. Live creatures don't have skull heads unless there's some weird medical problem going on that won't make them lie too long...

Yeah I'm aware that it can't be a living creature. I've heard out it in folklore and mythology. From what I can tell it's some form of forest spirit.

mikeytheblackmantisOk then, why didn't you say so? :)

Bears feature heavily in some native American religious customs- North American. Most likely a tribal group that used to live in a mountainous or other forest region.
They also feature in Russian pre-Christian religious customs as well, and perhaps some other Slavic ones.
