Sizing Problem

Today i drew a filler for my comic, and when i uploaded it, after i scanned it onto the computer, it was HUGE, and i mean i never saw something so big on a computer before. i was wondering if anyone can tell me how to fix this problem!

O, ok thanks! I'm not the best with this stuff. I just write the comic and I drew the filler because my friend the spriter is away for the week.
