Sorry if there's already been a few topics on this one, but, yes...

I cannot deny this game props. I bought it recently; I'd heard it was good, and it was 20 bucks so I did'nt see why not.
So I got it, and I've been a complete addict to it. Even if the main character is the single least athletic hero ever.
I'm working on a webcomic based off of it, I liked it so much. It's just an awesome game. I've never played a thing like it.


It's also the first game I've played to go around so few characters. You've got the main fellow named Wander, his horse named Agro, that dead chick Mono, among some others, but those are the main three. Another thing I love about this are the lack of all enemies other than the colossi. There's a bunch of little things to find in the environments so you actually get a chance to poke around aimlessly to find them.
Either that or I'm just easily entertained.

I quite liked it, it was funny how a game with basically nothing in it could be so likable. Then again I like wandering around environments and figuring out situational puzzles. (I have to go see if there's fruit on that tree!) The art and design was of course amazing. The game had a great atmosphere. Some of those bosses were incredibly challenging too. (Though that could get frustrating if you fell off or couldn't find the hit spot.)

I still have to say I liked ICO a bit more, just because there were more puzzles and action, but Colossus was really innovative. (Also Colossus had better music.)

Yeah if you liked SotC, and you've "never played anything like it before," you owe it to yourself to go buy ICO. It's old so you'll prolly have to find it on eBay. If you find it in a bargain bin for less than $20, you're really lucky.

And The Wanderer is very athletic!
