Shadow Complex vid

This looks great. I'm gonna go grab some points later so I can get this when it's out (if it's not out already).

Looks like somebody got their next gen bullshit in my old gen gameplay.

To be honest, I think it looks uninteresting. The main character looks like Nathan Drake, and the graphics are just next gen genericness. Also, how does a backpack help you wall jump?

I've been borderline-interested in this game, though I totally agree with the sentiment that it's got that special genericness that so many games have this current generation. I'm starting to crave the level of stylization that Team Fortress 2 has given us.

Me too.

I'll probably get it when it comes out. The graphical style may not be anything special, but when all is said and done, it all boils down to the gameplay and this looks like it might be able to deliver a decent change of pace from all the generic gameplay experiences we've been getting this generation.

This game reminds me why I hate the phrase "Metroidvania" so much. It still looks amazing, and a complete steal for 15 bucks.

I like how in the screenshots there's one screen shot of the main guy looking like he's saying, "You feelin' lucky, punk?" and then the next screen shot of the same picture zoomed into his face as if he is now saying, "DO YA?!".

To be honest though, I don't think this is as good as what else you could buy at that price.
