I've tried searching several lists (and will continue to do so), but so far no luck. Perhaps someone here can help? I don't remember anything of the name, but I'll try to describe the plot.
It starts out with a couple of guys living together, and one day they wake up to find themselves transformed They find out that several of their friends and relatives have also changed. I don't remember if this is a worldwide phenomenon or not, but think so. Sorta like Yosh!, but not set several years after the change. Anyways, the changes affect everyone differently, turning one guy into some kind of furry, one guy shrinking, and one girl into a kind of flying humanoid dragon IIRC. Then a minotaur-like guy showed up (or may have been on of the friends), rages, goes on a rampage, and kills (or nearly so) one of the guys. Then they all hit the road being chased by a powerful enemy (might have been the government), and hide out at a house belonging to the brother of one of the guys. That's the last I remember reading.
I hope someone here can help. This is driving me crazy trying to find it.
BTW, if others want to use this thread to find webcomics they've been looking for, it's fine by me.

OK I googled some keywords and I believe I found what you're looking for; it has the furry and the shrunk man, the dragon and the minotaur:
Furry!

I did so well on this forum last time I needed to find a comic, that I decided to try my luck here again. And why start a new thread when this one is still around? ^_^
This other comic that I've lost that's been preying on my mind lately. Most of what I remember is that the main character was a girl who was a social outcast because of something she couldn't do (or it might have been an extra ability, I'm not sure), but it wasn't just a social crime, it turned out to be unlawful, so she runs away from home when she finds out that the law is coming for her.
The other main character was the brother of a judge (a high social class, with powers more like judge Dredd than a normal judge). Either he lacked the ability or the aptitude, but he could not become a judge himself, and being from a family of judges, he was looked down upon.
Now these two met, when the guy stumbled upon the girl in an abandoned house she was hiding out in. He kinda felt sorry for her and wanted to make trouble for his brother, so he brought her to his home and hid her in his room. She tries to escape once (or might have tried to suicide by jumping out of the highrise window), but was caught by the guy first.
Then the judges were betrayed (I don't remember by whom or how, I might have lost the comic before then), and the last time I saw the guy's judge brother, he helped him and the girl escape the city (which is walled). Now normally, punishment for the girl would have been exile (I think), but now she has the other guy with her to help. The last I remember, they had met another exile who gave them some food and a tent to sleep in.
That's all I remember of this comic. I hope someone here recognizes the description.
