Mandy stops short of encouraging suicide in her intros; I don't think quoting Crowley is really worth its own thread.

InkmonkeyHeh! I agree. That's a bit silly. It's not Satanism, it's a quote for dramatic/comedic purpose. all it is is literate. That's something to encourage.

Now, now, Custord Trout, we shall have a trial by ordeal! We're going to kick him in the face repeatedly and if he bleeds, then he's a witch!
I never really liked that show. Sure it had some good parodies and references if you weren't educated wouldn't get, but I just didn't think it was that funny.
Disney has more "satanistic" themes, situations, and events in their movies compared to most things.

No we can never have references in popular media, especially not on Cartoon Network, that requires anyone to ever read a book. Ever.
It's like in the Bible or something.
Makes me miss the old animated series The Tick when the little puppet says:
"Sulking like Achilles in his tent"
"The Illiad"?
"Homer"?
READ A BOOK!

If this is 'satanic' then flapjack needs to be canceled for being so homosexual.

What? It's just Cartoon Network's occult cartoon, Billy and Mandy.
And The Tick was the best show of all time.
Lastly, I agree with Skullbie.

That was cartoon networks only good show.
The only reason Billy & Mandy even got a chance to air is because back in 2000, they had a Cartoon Network's Big Pick [en.wikipedia.org] gimmick and they had seven cartoon candidates, and Billy & Mandy was one of them (called "Grim and Evil" at the time).
...Personally, I voted for "Lucky Lydia", and I was pretty sad when it didn't win. Lydia's style was different and unique, and would have made for a much better series.

I also happened to say it sucked. I just never liked anything of cartoon network.

I liked 'Ed, Edd and Eddy'. The first season anyway, after that it got kind of repetitive.

Billy and Mandy has some interesting episodes. It's the only show I've seen that brings back dead romantic poets.

Cartoons are unique in a way that you think they're getting worse as you get older, but really you're just getting older.
For example:
mighty B: gross-out humor, like ren&stimpy. only funny if you haven't seen ren&stimpy and aren't 12.
Flapjack: 'hurr we r so random and gay!' humor, exactly like spoungebob, but not funny, and more gay.
Chowder: Repetition humor- DESTROY US ALL
Johnney Test- 'asshole boy with better than him sister', a.k.a dexters lab reversed!!!!1
Total drama island- 'alternative niches', a.k.a scooby doo gang only replace the 'it was really a mask!' with 'who will he date?!'
Bakugan: The best anime ever made.

Ahh... I remember Billy And Mandy, it takes me back to a time when Maxwell Adams was funny and most of the shows on CN didn't suck.
