Anway, i hear that it was made my a programmer using the Mugen engine. I also heard that it's from a game called Everything Vs. Everything; whereas every character from every fighting game in put into one (badass).

Look it up on youtube and you'll find it no problem, it seems to be very popular. Some of the most awesome fights i've ever seen are there.
