What's your favorite instrument to play on either Rock band or Guitar Hero (world tour)?

I love the drums, I always call for them!

Guitar is my second fave.

Microphone is my least fave, but I often get stuck with it because I'm the only one who has the balls to sing...Meh...

Vocals, mostly, although I'll guitar otherwise. I love screwing around during the flourishes, say, doing Beavis & Butthead or Nathan Explosion impressions to an imaginary crowd. Gets a laugh every time.

My only disappointment is it doesn't register heavy metal type singing whatsoever. Seriously, the register will just vanish. Speaking the lines to 'Dragula' doesn't feel right at all. I have a low guttural/bassy voice well suited for metal singing: it's like a cannon firing a peevish grizzly bear. That might have been lit on fire. And fed live ammo.

I started off with guitar and I've loved it forever, but I've been playing more drums lately. Only vocals when no one is around to hear.

I'm a drum person. It's just easier to get into it

I enjoy the guitar most.

I'm kind of split 50/50 on drums and guitar, although I prefer the drums from Rock Band over the set from Guitar Hero. I can't sing. At all. Really. The game can't even register when I change the pitch in my voice, so I can't even beat songs on easy when I sing.

In an ideal world, I'd have a good enough singing voice to justify taking vocals often. Reality is a harsh mistress (doesn't stop me from laying claim to certain songs as my own: "Sabotage" and "My Sharona," mostly)...

Guitar is probably what I'm most skilled with (by virtue of time spent with it), but who doesn't love playing Police songs on drums?

Pretty much any part, as long as I can have one.

I prefer Guitar.

I only play when I sing and it's a song with a deeper voice.

And sometimes bass when people make me.

I don't know what it is, but I can only sing the "difficult" songs in Rock Band: 5 stars or higher. Aparently it reads me fine if I'm constantly varying pitch, but I can't hold a note to save my life.

Singing is the most fun. By far. But only if you're playing a song you really know and love. Karaoke night in my basement!

But drums are fun on any song. so I guess I'm 50/50 too.

Vocals, as it's the easiest thing to do on Expert. But it's still the most fun to me. I don't have the coordination for Guitar and Drums, so I'm content with Vocals and Bass.

i usually play guitar.

although at parties i'll switch off between parts. i can't sing when no one's around because it feels really really weird.

for the beatles, i'll do voxtar.

and if i had another warbeast, i would be doing basstar all the time.

Drums, if I can't do that bass or guitar.
I only like vocals on specific songs, and then I still do awful lol.
I can play medium on drums and bass, easy on the others.

I have played GH I and II back before I was good. Since then I've been wanting to get a PS2 just so I could get any GH game, didn't care what one.

Then just months ago I got a Wii! Now I have GH III and Aerosmith and World Tour.

I am good on Hard mode now. I can survive some songs on Expert but I'm best on Hard! World Tour is my favorite because the songs are easier than on III.

I used to be horrible and had a hard time surviving Easy but now I'm a lot better than I was. I love the series!
