Where the heck do I find a good group to redline me? It's like seriously non existent. And I need help with my horrible anatomy.

I just think the head should be a little smaller. Unless you purposely made it as such.

If you want constructive criticism, then here we go.
The pose is rigid and awkward.
Shoulders should be more relaxed.
Boobs seem a little too perfect, but that's just me trying to be pessimistic.
Head seems gigantic when put on that frame of a body.
Hands look weird.
