Ah, how I've seen crazyninny post on these forums, and how I've seen that Insert Title banner some many times. Yet, to be honest, I've never clicked on said banner. Why? I don't know. It didn't look appealing to me. In fact, I'm confused as to what it could be. But alas, that's not the point here. I'm glad I did get the chance to rate this comic.

Pros: The comic moves at a fast pace. The sequential storytelling of the art seems
quite good. There is some nice breaking up of the panels with lots of great camera angles. The characters look good and with life, not at all stiff. It's also an awesome style you've developed there. The story is very interesting and I'm very curious as to what's going to happen next and what's the deal with that "messiah" dude. The writing is also great for what we've seen so far, giving personality to the main character. Insert Title is also extremely easy to get into. Not bad at all.

Cons: Oh Jebus, I hate doing this. >_> Aside from the characters, most of the objects in the background look rushed and at times incomplete. The latter comics seem to have more detail, but the earlier ones clearly show this flaw. The beginning of the comic has a bit too much filler breaking up the flow of the story and the last flaw? The speech balloons. I don't know, the balloons get me all the time. The font as well. It just doesn't look that great. I do like how you've gave your speech balloons a little personal twist. They look sorta MS Paint-ish type of balloons.

Overall, I'd read it again and added to my favorite's list. But it's far from me screaming out "FUCK YES YOU ARE THE BEST COMIC EVER!" In time it will.

Score: 3.9/5

Hell, if I didn't want any crits, then I wouldn't have jumped in this thread, would I? >=3 It gives me a reason to become a better writer and artist. ^_^

Thanks for the fav!

Human City has a followable story and the arts not god awful. I'd go with a 3/5 or 4/5 on it.

Someone rate the piss out of penis!

Werewolf is such an interesting comic to read. On the one hand, the art style is very simplistic - almost impressionist - but the story ranges from dramatic to hilarious. I can't help but laugh at the latest page, where the guy complains about "If hell's not scary, then I wasted my life...and that trip to Europe." Hilarious!

@$$hole! updated on Friday. Laura tries to help Susie get ready for her interview by making a few hair style suggestions...a few of which may not work as well as she thought. Check it out!

Temple updated today with some sweet action sequences. The swordsman takes out two bandits using only his bare hands. Only the bandit leader is left - how will she deal with the situation, and avenge her gang? Find out Wednesday!

Oops, sorry Terminal. I'll set things right by giving you a rating:

Somewhere in SF has a unique gray scale style that I really enjoy. The fact that you use multiple shades of gray help your characters stand out from the background, unlike many other gray scale comics out there. The line art looks a little shakey (ie: the lines are not solid), which may be a stylistic approach to the design of the strip. Sometimes, your lines go through other objects, however (example: one page has the line of the girl's leg going through her hand).

Your character seem pretty easy to identify and the dialogue is spot on. Overall, Somewhere in San Fran is an enjoyable comic. The only recommendation that I can make for improvement would be the line work (again, unless it's a stylistic thing).

For Terminal;

I decided to see what Tetris was about... And its the most epic plot ever. ;_;

Pros: I can't say that its not different. I acutally had to pull my Dad over to see what I can say is a con about it. The art is simple dramatic, the idea is VERY DIFFERENT, so different that I doubt anyone has ever thought of it nor will ever again, and I can really get the feel of it.

Cons: How could you break up Square from Z? THEY WERE MENT TO BBBEEEE!!!!

Over all, great idea!

Pros: I like your drawing style, and the story looks to be interesting. Plus, it's funny. :) (I love page 1x18.)

Cons: Personally, I think that mixing the red/blue/purple, etc. text with a B&W comic looks kinda weird, but you only did it for a couple of pages.

Edit: Whoopsie, I forgot to actually rate it. Sorry! 4/5

Chimera

Well, a very interesting comic you have there.

Pros: Fantastic art style and greyscale colouring. Your text bubbles are well placed and the text is legible. I love the way the characters look (design) and the anatomy for them is very good.

Cons: ... Sometimes the text gets a little small. Really the only problem I can see.

I'll give it: 4/5

Well I'll rate you Priest_Revan since no else did.

2's A Company:

Pros: Cute artwork with sharp colors that will immediately catch the eye; a smooth story that flows very well; good characters that are very appealing.

Cons: Typos galore; story has weak moments.

Overall: A smart little comic that doesn't break a lot of new ground, but keeps a good sense of fun firmly in place.

Score: 4/5.
A Roll of the Dice now with full-size pages!

A Roll of the Dice

I was impressed with this. It motivated me to start at the beginning.

Pros: Good, clear artwork and a very compelling story which is written pretty faithfully and true to its subject matter. It can only draw you in.

Cons: A little bit more perspective in the setting where the characters are, move and interact could maybe add some depth. This could be achieved by shading the background. '

Overall:

4/5. Well done!

Not that it matters since everyone reads my comics anyway! And that any rating is irrelevant given the subversive and bizarre nature of my comics!

And you skipped Tantz you nonce!

OK then. Penis is just brilliant. Sometimes it's so lame I want to cry, but other times it's just SO sublimely perfect that I want to fame the picture in my eyeballs forever! Truly; when it works it works very well indeed! 5 out of FIVE

Wolf is compelling. It gets you slowly, just nibbling and pawing away gently, tasting and testing you... Then it grabs you by the throat and runs with you! You're hooked and there's no getting away.
Five out of 5.

Ooh, I get to do OzoneOcean!

Pinky TA, definitely-

Pros: Amazing artwork and an extra helping of intriguing storyline. Nothing seems out of place (something I often have trouble with >< ), and the character designs are something I think anyone could really envy.

Cons: Hard to find, that's for sure! Although the quality at which the pages are saved at seems a little pixelated, that's about the only thing I can say.

Rating: 5/5

Chimera: I don't think I've noticed your comic before, but the artwork is very very cute. A very solid anime style, with smooth and professional looking lines. Great text bubbles with text that you can easily read on multiple screen resolutions. I really like the muted colors too, how it's kind of gray scale - but almost purple.

Temple of the Thousand Tears:

Pros: Amazing art style and concept. Today's page was incredible and I just love the overall look of it. Your text is well done and it works.
Cons: The pencil art sort of kills it a bit. I know, it's the look of the comic, but personally, it does sort of kill it. I say, keep the pencil because it does look cool, but just wanted to let you know what I thought.

Well done comic: 4/5
