What does it mean when a comic has been frozen, and why?huh!?

It means that the comic cannot be viewed anymore. It happened, because they were a very bad egg. It mostly happens when a person is banned, and all their comics are frozen, or when the comic is... Geez, by looking at the caliber of bad/naughty comics... It'd have to be... Well, you'd need a new word for how bad the comic must have been.
