Breath of Fire 3, Mortal Kombat Trilogy, Crash Bandicoot... just to name a few. PS1 was great for its time. It is where a lot of classics began.

That would be Lunar 2: Eternal Blue. It's one of my favorites.

The Lunar series was a revamp of the original Sega Saturn game. Quite a huge improvement from the original, I might add.

I remember the first thing I did when i got into college was buy a PS1. The next was buy a saturn. It took a little while for the PS1 to get some really good games. I did play through FFVII and FFIX (FFVIII was garbage). I didn't really get into RPGs until the Playstation. I can't say that I go back to a lot of the games I used to play back then, though. I take out the saturn every now and then for the treasure games, the capcom games, and Grandia, but the PSX games were mostly sold back so I could get other stuff. I have a few imports I really liked, but most of my domestic stuff is gone.
