I did indeed use the cloning tool, with a bit of touching up & sharpen around the edges to define the skull. The beard I totally just moved & enlarged, I also used parts of it to make the 'burns.

I used to be part of a close-knit LJ community called Photocrap (the archive is definitely worth a look). Basically, photocrap is for posting your retarded, low quality photomanips in a nonjudgmental environment XD. The mods are working on a new incarnation, so I've made some photocraps for the near future.

It hath been seen, but I redid it now that I know more about PS for my display case for Master Studio. I liked the idea, I just didn't like how the first one came out.
