No no no. I enjoy it.

To be honest, as a writer, I think a main character change can impact a story very well, especially in the case of Max and Cross. Be it a character leaves or dies, it affects the nature of the story and also further develops the characters more.

A BOLD move, IMO, is having the character return in fluctuations, from mere mentions to full-on, "HELLO! I'M BACK!" And sometimes, even on the opposite side.

I honestly hope that Max, even though you had reasons for removing him, would be explored a little more.

Thinking of making another PB styled comic, except this one features Cross, and several other OC's (original characters), with no borrowed characters. So that it'd be able to be featured etc. (I also find it more gratifying when people read for a character I've created rather than just the fact they like a character from another series)

The premise of this idea is a Melee gladiator like tournament. With a similar set up the air-soft tournament, but rather than gun based fights, it's a full out melee brawl. With scenarios that would reflect the game play type. Like slay a mass army dynasty warriors style.

Just an update, Plastic Bullets will be updating Tuesdays and Thursdays versus every day.

The deadline for the fan art contest is still April 15th. Also I think I'm going to look into alternative hosting, not taking pb off of DD, but it's not exactly known for it's reliability, so a place where I can still have the comic that doesn't get wiped out by events like a few weeks ago. Just another place to read it.

So yeah.

with most problems fixed, pb will be updating again, I can't guarantee a very .. reliable schedule, I'll more do pages when I feel like it again. The comics dying like a dehydrated horse, I gotta pump some more life back into it before I can try to put it on a watering schedule.

Figured I'd give an update.
I plan to do the entirety of chapter 5 before I release it, so that I an work on chapter 6 as it is releasing.
