How do i get a picture of myself or something up where the question mark face is?

Click the 'My Controls' tab at the top, and you should see a small box that allows you to upload your own picture. Remember, it has to be 100x100 px.

Easy, click the "My Controls" tab in the top right of the homepage, then theres a bar under "Account Info" where you can upload a 100x100 avatar from your computer.
Plus, this should have been in the "Help How Do I?" section. :)
