I highly respect you. E-mailing the comic to the voice acting cast of P3 is something I would NEVER be able to do. And in all honesty, if you get to Mona Marshall, I'm curious as to see what her reaction would be. *Sneaky glances*

But...I still wonder what the rest of the cast would say. Could be interesting, could not be...and as for a possible opinion that they could have, I need to be crushed under a vending machine, or be shot by Takaya for having it. *Headdesk*

Ok everyone, gather round, news time...more or less.

Some of you may or may not be aware of this but it seems that Movie Gallery is going out of business. What with RedBox and Netflix and stuff, there just isn't much need for the movie rental chain stores anymore I suppose.

This meant that movies are being sold for super duper cheap, and about a week ago or so my sister and I went to check it out and pick up some flicks.

I bought 4 films I was already familiar with and liked. Bubba Ho-tep, How to be a Serial Killer, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, some straight to DVD Sherlock Holmes film with a T-Rex on the cover (haven't watched it yet) and the last one I saw was a cover that intrigued me

a small film I'd never heard of called Franklyn...

I just finished watching it and I have to say, instantly one of my personal favorites now. It was a great film told through the perspective of 4 different characters. The film is a little slow at times and even harder to follow at others, but the way the ending comes together was in my eyes nothing short of fantastic.

Anyone out there who has Netflix or has a movie gallery where you might be able to pick it up for super cheap, I can't recommend it more. If you enjoy a mix of reality with gritty fantasy (which I'm guessing most of you do since a majority of my readers are MegaTen fans...) then I want to say you should pick it up.

If you don't like it, then I'm sorry in advance but I personally loved it.

Ok, on to actual comic related news.

Raidou will be going on hiatus after chapter 5 (unless demand for it is super duper high, then I may just do chapter 6 in MS Paint style and just put off doing it with the tablet) So that will be around mid-august.

Persona 4TW is still scheduled to start up April 11th 2011, so...mark those calanders lol

and as for Persona 3 F, That will start on Monday, August 2nd until Friday, August 6th. Then it will update most likely on Sundays and Wednesdays from there on out.

It won't be quite as in depth as the main story was, because most of this series is just bonus side stuff we haven't seen before.

Franklyn is indeed awesome, but anyone who decides to watch it should definitely watch it all the way through before passing judgement. Though I'd really say the same about anything else really...

I'll be drawn as myself (the sketch I sent him has me in my Junpei hat and P4 t-shirt...so that'll be fun) and from what I've seen in the webcomic.

I can't wait to see how I get my ass roasted. I hope you'll all read it and check it out, it's a funny series, I certainly can't wait to see more of it, even past the stuff involving me.

More fun comic news!

As you know, on August 1st, 2010, Persona 3 FeMC has officially started. To make this knowledge more public, I just posted a picture of myself telling people that on P3FTW.

On August 1st, 2010...Persona 3 FTW had a daily total of 21,350 views.

That breaks the old record it had of 19,320 views on March 31st (Which of course is when I updated like 60+ comics for The Answer...)

This is a pretty big deal for me, this is the first time the series has broken the 20,000+ daily views. It's a huge milestone for me.

It also was the first day after a solid week of 10,000+ daily views. So I'm happy about that too.

I know none of this really affects any of you, but I wanted to share my tales of joy and accomplishment.

Because really...none of this would be possible if not for you all. You're all the ones who are viewing it, not me.

Thats really incredible! Its great that you can keep it going even with the original story ending.

Also, is it me, or did you make FeMC's boobs bigger than her official design in your design of her? >_>

Probably xD I do find her pretty attractive lol

But I rarely do a very good job with boob size continuity. I mean yes, I generally try to remember to make Mitsuru's bigger than Yukari's, but aside from that I don't pay too close attention.

I love it! The different spin on your classic comic is refreshing.

Were there any jokes that you didn't use in the original that you plan on using on this one? Like if you thought of two different jokes for one event.

I find it completely awesome, and the Magician link so far is hilarious. The continuation of the "Poking the unconcious" gag pretty much killed me through laughter, actually. XD

I have one question myself: How childish is the FeMC gonna be, compared to the MC? Knowing her in the game, I would think a lot more, but she seems to be the mature one of the two...

And as for the voice actors, stay opimistic, Strain! They're voice actors, and they probably got a helload of e-mails, and don't have time to respond to them all. They'll get to the series, soon. It'll just take time. (Although I'm not a VA, so hell if I know how busy they are...)

From what I've seen so far in...well...my own comics.

She's actually more mature, but she's...well...cheerier. I have her smiling and spinning and posing a lot more.

Like I haven't had her chasing bugs or anything yet, but essentially I want her to be exactly like the FeMC in the game.

Essentially the same character you know and love with just enough difference to be unique.

This is something I HIGHLY doubt we'll ever get stateside. But the idea of a Persona 3 Social Mobile Phone game with brand new characters...

What can I say? It's P3, I've gotta get it into comics somehow.

So here's what I would like you, the readers, to help me out with.

1. Post ANY information you find on this game. I'm sure some of you look at different sites with different information that may mention this. If you can find anything about it, I wanna see it.

2. Help me decide how to work these characters into the comics. Right now from the looks of it, I'm thinking this is a really good way to get a bunch of the Tartarus and MC Persona jokes I wanted to use.

Lets figure this out. This mission belongs to you...the readers...that's you...

I'll chalk that up as another SMT game i'll never have a chance/urge to play along with Test server and First mission. Well, i'll keep an eye out.

Anyway, just wanted to share that and give you guys a bit of comic feed news.

I am 100% done with Persona 3 F through the month of September. They will continue to update as normal on Wednesdays and Sundays.

I am also like...2 comics away from being done with the month of April in Persona 4TW. Which I have to say, it's about !@#$%&ing time.

Persona 3 FTW, April started almost a week earlier than P4 (P3: 04/06, P4: 04/11) and yet... Persona 3 FTW, April was 41 comics.

Persona 4TW, i'm up to 80 right now...

So I'm kinda looking forward to that whole thing calming down and the game getting a bit simpler with one comic, one day.

Oh also, this isn't comic related but...

I am currently suspended from GameFAQs right now. There is a possibility that I will be banned (because I made a post talking about Scrubs in a Troll Topic...sucks)

So...I was wondering what I'm going to do if the worst should happen. I was thinking about making a new account called 5train42 and having my signature be the quote from Futurama "Yes, good thing I noticed the similar shapes."

Or I could just do Strain 42 with a space...I dunno yet.

Lets hope I don't get banned lol.

Ok, I'm sure this was tl;dr, but I felt like I haven't really talked to my readers very much lately, and I've really missed you all.

I could also talk about TV shows while I'm here.

Futurama is back, super excited about that. The 100th episode of the series aired a few weeks ago. Episode 101 airs November 21st, and hopefully many more will come. Maybe we'll have the DVD by next summer.

Speaking of DVDs, September seems to be a pretty big month for them for me. How I Met Your Mother Season 5, Castle Season 2 and Human Target Season 1 are all scheduled for release on the same day (the 21st) I currently have HIMYM5 pre-ordered, and I'm sure I'll pick up the others at a later time.

The week after that we have Scrubs Season 9 (AKA Scrubs: Med School) and even though Season 9...um...well...sucked. I have to get it just to complete my collection of Scrubs DVDs. I'm still excited for it.

Dollhouse Season 2 (sucks it got cancelled...) comes out early October. I've also pre-ordered that.

And...I guess that covers everything...

I am officially DONE with April of 2011. I have finished the first Month of Persona 4TW.

I'm a good month and a half ahead of schedule with P3F, I'm giving myself a good head start with P4TW, and I'm even working hard in school and with Raidou.

Things are going pretty great right now.

Edit: Well, I've lost Best Completed Comic. Only 2 awards left. One I have hope, and one I don't. But the awards end tomorrow.

Ok, I have some news for those who check here.

Go check out Persona 3 FTW and you should see a special comic near the end of the answer called *SPECIAL BONUS COMIC* and...well...that's exactly what it's called. It's highlighted to make it easier to find.

Now the Answer is a nice even 75 comics.

The awards are over, and even though Persona 3 FTW was nominated for 9 categories and Raidou for one, in the end I just wasn't worthy of a trophy this year.

I suppose these awards have humbled me some. I was so sure I'd win at least one, that I realized that just because Persona 3 FTW is popular (more so than I ever possibly imagined) it doesn't nessecarily mean it's the BEST at what it does.

So even though I don't have an awesome CGI well lit duck trophy to show off to my friends and loved ones

I know I still have the support of my readers, who keep the comic going strong.

And that means more to me than any award.
