I was out and about during the shower, but I had to drive, so my eyes were glued to the road. I wish I'd seen it though.
I once spent a week in Isle Royale up in Lake Superior which is about the least artificially lit part of the globe at night that I've ever been... and after I got home, I kicked myself for not once looking at all the extra stars that were available to me in the night sky. That is one of my few "shoulda, woulda, coulda" regrets.

Where I work, we actually calibrated one of our giant telescopes to look directly into the atmosphere. It was extremely bright though, so we wore special glasses to reduce the transmittance of light. Either way, quite a show!

I saw about 5, some really nice others almost unnoticeable. It's kinda a tradition in my family to gather and watch the stars at this point of the year.

didn't see any...
Cause as with last year, we get this annoying weather where it's sunny (or partially sunny) during the day, but nights are nothing but clouds clouds clouds and rain...
The MOST I got was ONE, something like 6 or 7 years ago, heh. There was a gap in the clouds and I looked at the moon through it and there was one flying. That was it.
