this is not really a topic for discussion, and i wouldn't want to touch off a Thanksgiving day debate, quite the opposite.

I just want to wish the lot of you good will today and take an opportunity to klink my glass with even the most disagreeable of my adversaries.

Consider your glass klinked with mine! (imagine something non-alcoholic or maybe some iced coffee, etc. in mine). I don't consider you an adversary, though we have disagreed maybe once or twice. :)
