i need help with paint.net. i'm currently dooing a sprite comic called 'chaos emeralds z' which is a cross between dbz and sonic. as you can guess, i need help with effects like beams, motion blurs, text bubbles, glows, zooms, zoom blurs and stuff like that which would be appropriate for a dbz styled comic. does anyone have any tutorials or advice??
