have ever had moments where you worked so hard on an comic to detail everything about it.. and you send it in as an fhinshed work, feeling good about yourself. and then later you notice an tiny, or huge mistake.. that makes you go "oops!"

have that ever happened to you? do you usually go back and fix it, or do you hope that nobody will notice?

I just had that moment here: http://www.drunkduck.com/Magical_Mania/index.php?p=83685

at first glance you see nothing wrong with it. then on second glance, it seems that I drew camilla to look like a giant in comprasiation to the building backdrop... ^^;;

don't you think she sorta looks like a giant, despite the fact that she's supposed to be only 5'3?

it does make her look giant.
if you had placed her so that a little bit of her legs and thighs were cut off of the picture, she would look more normal.
<= dead and buried.

I've done that before. If you had her on a different layer from the background, all you'd have to do would be to shrink her down so that her head is at the level of the brown line that marks the top of the large windows in the background.

Yeah. She looks really big ^_^''' Also, her left arm is longer than her right arm.

This year, school's full of BS!!!

One time I let a typo slip into the dialog of my characters and submitted the page. When I checked back later in the day, nearly EVERY comment was about the typo, instead of more helpful feedback. It was aggravating. I mean, it's good for the first person to point it out, but then everyone after him thinks it's funny to make a joke about it.

Hmm...I don't notice the whole "Giant" thing on that page. Maybe she's a little big. However I do wonder how you get you characters looking like 3D animations.

As for mistakes, I do that all the time. That's part of the reason I don't feel like photoshoping any of the newer pages I've done, because I feel they have so many mistakes.

I would go back and fix it in photoshop.. expect for one problem.. I forgot to save an psd file with all the layers seperate... so basically I merged all the pages and just saved it as an jpg and exited out of photoshop when I felt that I had done a good job on it. :shock:

moments in stupidity for me. *sweat*
