I just wanna know how it happened and what happened cause it's back to normal.

I'd say the page just had trouble loading momentarily. STuff like that is pretty common in Internet Explorer because of the way it loads pages. If some element is slow to load it messes up the rest of the formatting of a page.

You don't need to have any of those in your browser if you don't want to.

Yep- the X's could do it. That or click "tools" in the bottom right of the toolbar, then select "toolbars", and then just untick the ones you don't want. :)
