how do you make a comic do you have to have some other program on your computer?
or is there some thing already on this website to make comics?

You use a paint program of sorts to do you comic in. You can either hand draw it and scan it in or do it straight up in your paint program of choice. After that you save it as a jpeg or gif file and upload it on drunkduck. Click on the green button with the + under my comics and you should be able to upload the page you saved.

For mine(even though I can't draw) I use a scanner and Photoshop CS2
