Hey Everybody,

Just wanted to give you all the 411 on a new blog (and it looks like there will be a printed 'zine as well)that looks like it will be reviewing, interviewing, etc. webcomic creators, indie comic creators and mini-comic creators. I'm submitting my link for consideration...here's the link if any of you folks want to perhaps do the same:

I am all for people talking about webcomics and all, but when a person says this:

I am currently a Freelance Graphic / Digital Designer by day

And the page looks the way it does.... well that makes me want to believe they're not a very capable person. Really, a tiny serif font on a webpage? And red / neon green text on a black background? That crap is hard to read, man. Someone ought to tell her.

Actually this looks like it's you, or someone you know... after all you're both in the Berkshires and both graphic designers by day. :) In which case, I'm tellin' you. Your webpage is really hard to read so that might make people not want to read it. :)

Yeah, the font really needs to be changed, along with those colors. They burn the eyes, y'know? I'm already wearing glasses. I don't need to up my perscription because of those bright green letters.

I recommend white letters and regular Times New Roman font at around 14 point.

Right? I am basically doing the same kinda' thing with something I am calling, the Weekly Webcomics We"View" and I am by no means a Freelance Graphic/Digital Designer by day, I am asleep by day...I'm not even set to go on till July and I have put more work into mine than this. Laziness, sheer laziness.

Of course, Mine will probably annoy someone, too...luck of the draw, different strokes for different folks, alright...I'm getting silly...(Insomnia again.) Until we meet again.

It looks muuuuuuuch better now! I realize it's a blogger template, but those are popular for a reason. :) They're quite simple to tweak and color-change as well from my experience!

Looks like it's all set. :) Best of luck to them. I'm surprised lots of people haven't signed up for a review already! I wonder if I should move this to Comic Discussion, more people go through there...

maritalbliss - you're free to make another post for signups if you want, I think the Review forum was just not the best place for it. Comic Discussion maybe?
